1. Use
the secure
order form to enter your name, address, email address
and phone number.
2. Enter
the inventory number of the item you are interested in buying
on interest-free extended payments into the item numbers field.
3. Indicate
in the Comments field that you want to use our Lay Away Plan.
4. Enter
a credit card number, expiration date and three-digit code* from
the reverse of the credit card into the Comments field, or indicate
that you will be making payments by personal check.
*American
Express security codes are 4-digits
on the face of the card
5. We
will call you at the phone number you provide - please tell us
the best time to call - and work out arrangements for your payments.
We will not bill your credit card account until we have received
your verbal agreement to the payment schedule. You may prefer
to have us make monthly debits to your credit card account or
to send us monthly personal checks.
6. We
require a minimum 20% deposit, followed by monthly payments to
be determined by you and us, until the full amount is paid. Monthly
payments are required in order to be sure that you continue to
be aware of your open purchase agreement and continue to be committed
to paying it off.
7. If
you fail to make a payment for two consecutive months, we will
attempt to reach you to remind you of your purchase agreement.
If we are unable to reach you, and you do not contact us, we will
return your item to our open inventory, make it available to other
buyers and retain your payments to date. If you contact us within
a reasonable time thereafter, we may be able to credit your accrued
balance to some other purchase. Refunds will not be available.
