Who is Native American Indian Jewelry Link?
This site has been created to offer only jewelry and only from Native American jewelry artists for those who seek beautiful turquoise, coral, silver and gold jewelry guaranteed to be hand-made by Native American.. It is operated by Aboriginals: Art of the First Person, a company with a 28-year history offering Native American Indian jewelry and art to discerning collectors.

Ssuanne & Wiliam Waites love Native American Indian jewelry
Aboriginals: Art of the First Person and Native jewelryLink owners,
Susanne and William Ernest Waites

After 15 years, Aboriginals: Art of the First Person closed its physical gallery on Sanibel Island, Florida in August, 2005.
We now market and sell Native American Indian jewelry and turquoise on the Web exclusively, and by appointment locally.
We also are represented at Gannon's Art & Antiques Mall and at the Lee County Alliance for the Arts, both
in Fort Myers, FL.
Nothing has changed except our ability to reduce our prices by eliminating store overhead.
We pride ourselves on the quality of the Native American jewelry and turquoise we offer and we guarantee them for quality and authenticity.

Tips for buying Native American Indian jewelry:
1) Never buy Native American Indian jewelry that you don't love and would not want to wear forever. Nothing is more depressing than to live with jewelry that was purchased solely for investment gain that doesn't materialize.

2)
Shop around, but don't be swayed by price alone. An apparent bargain price doesn't necessarily mean a good value. Make sure your seller offers authentic Native American Indian-made jewelry and not foreign look-alikes. Membership in the Indian Arts and Crafts Association (IACA) is a good guide to the authenticity and integrity of any dealer in Native American Indian art.

3) If you can't trust your dealer and its guarantees, don't buy from it. A good dealer in Native American Indian jewelry will have a good reputation and will allow returns within a reasonable period either for cash or credit. Ask your dealer what its policy is.
